Use rice husk

The most traditional and simple way that many people do is to spread a layer of clean dry rice husks into the container and then put the eggs on top. One layer of rice husks, one layer of eggs until full, then cover it tightly and leave it in a cool, shady place. If you don't have rice husks, you can replace them with sawdust or wood ash. Use lime water

Use dry tea grounds

Use salt

Salt has antibacterial properties and has been used to preserve many foods since ancient times. Clean eggs buried in salt can be preserved for several months.

Bury eggs in sand or rice bran

Apply vegetable oil

Dissolve a little sodium silicate powder with filtered water, place the eggs in a jar and pour the water mixture 5-6 cm above the eggs. Cover the jar tightly and keep it in a cool, ventilated place to help preserve the eggs for 2-3 months. Sodium silicate is an additive allowed for use in food.

Some notes when preserving eggs
