41% of units in the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies have no more sources to recruit party members.

According to the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong province, currently 27 out of 66 grassroots party organizations under the Bloc Party Committee no longer have sources to recruit party members (accounting for 41%).

The main reason is that units are streamlining their apparatus and not recruiting civil servants, public employees, and workers.

In 2023, the Provincial Party Committee admitted 126 party members, exceeding the target assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee by 6 members. The Party Committees that admitted many more party members than the target were: Hai Duong Clean Water Business Joint Stock Company, exceeding the target by 11 party members; Department of Natural Resources and Environment exceeding the target by 6 party members; Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. exceeding the target by 4 party members.

The units that recruited many party members fell short of the assigned targets: the Party Cell of Hai Duong Medical College did not meet the target of 6 party members; the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism did not meet the target of 4 party members.
