After that, Binh gave Tran Viet Duc (born in 1993, residing in Hong Phuc commune, Ninh Giang) 1 account and Nguyen Thanh Son (born in 1992, residing in Lac Long commune, Kinh Mon) 2 accounts for Duc and Son to gamble. Binh did not remember who gave the other 2 accounts to.
The total gambling amount of these 5 Member accounts is more than 14.8 billion VND, each account has at least one gambling of 5 million VND or more and 69 gambling times of 50 million VND or more. The total amount of illegal profit Binh has made is more than 236.8 million VND.
After taking the account from Binh, Son handed it over to Nguyen Van Duc (born in 1992, residing in Lac Long commune, Kinh Mon) to gamble. Son's total illegal profits were more than 79.2 million VND.
The trial panel sentenced Vu Thi Binh to 5 years and 3 months in prison for organizing gambling; Nguyen Thanh Son to 8 years in prison for organizing gambling and gambling; Tran Viet Duc to 3 years and 6 months in prison, and Nguyen Van Duc to 3 years in prison for gambling.
