On February 22, at the Provincial Sports Gymnasium, the Hai Duong Health Sector Trade Union organized the 13th sports festival to celebrate the 68th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2023).
Leaders of the Department of Health presented flowers to congratulate the Organizing Committee of the sports festival.
The sports festival gathered 203 players who are officials, civil servants, and workers from 30 unions in the industry, competing in 2 sports: table tennis and badminton. In each sport, players competed in two age groups: over 45 and under 45.
Chairman of Hai Duong Health Sector Trade Union presented souvenir flags to the participating delegations.
Badminton attracts players in 2 age groups to compete in 3 events: men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles. In table tennis, players compete in 3 events: men's singles, women's singles, and men's doubles under 45 years old.
Many badminton matches were fierce and exciting.
The matches took place excitingly, attracting a large number of officials, civil servants and workers in the health sector to watch and cheer.
The men's doubles table tennis match between players from Tu Ky District Medical Center and Hai Duong City was tense.
The sports festival takes place in 1 day.
