Require Dai Son Company to demolish illegal constructions before December 15

The company must move all assets not attached to the violating construction out of the area of ​​the construction subject to enforcement before December 8, and demolish the violating construction by December 15. If the company fails to comply, the city's functional forces will organize the forced demolition according to regulations.

Previously, on November 8, the People's Committee of Hai Duong City issued a decision to enforce remedial measures against the illegal constructions of Dai Son One Member Co., Ltd. The enterprise must demolish all illegal constructions on the land that it arbitrarily changed the land use purpose from agricultural land to non-agricultural land with an area of ​​nearly 4,200 m2.², land transfer to build a career project of nearly 350 m²to non-agricultural production land without permission from competent state agencies. Implementation period within 30 days from the date of issuance of the decision.

The company must return the illegal profits gained from converting land use purposes in the amount of more than 3.3 billion VND. The implementation period is 60 days from the date of issuance of the decision.
On November 28, the People's Committee of Hai Duong City issued a notice requiring the company to cease its business operations before December 2. After this period, if the company continues to operate, the authorities will enforce the closure, erect barriers, and request electricity and water service providers to stop supplying electricity and water to the violating constructions.
