On January 17, a clip of a man wearing a GraBike shirt and hat was circulating on social media, adjusting traffic lights at an intersection. He even gestured to vehicles on the road.

According to the information spread, the clip was filmed at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap - Do Xuan Hop, Phuoc Long A ward, Thu Duc city (Ho Chi Minh city).

The viral clip has raised questions about who the man wearing the GabBike shirt is and why he is adjusting traffic lights like that?

According to initial verification, the clip was filmed in the early afternoon of January 8 at the above intersection. This is the area managed by the Rach Chiec Traffic Police Team under the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police.

According to a representative of the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police, the above incident has been rectified, however, information about the man wearing GrabBike clothes in the above clip is unclear.

Previously, another clip went viral on social media showing a man with his face covered controlling the traffic light at the intersection of Vo Tran Chi - Tran Dai Nghia, Binh Tan district.

This person's action caused the traffic light to change from green to red even though there was still plenty of time left. This prevented vehicles, mainly trucks, from stopping in time.

Up to now, the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police has not had official information about the above two incidents.
