Since the beginning of the year, Ngu Phuc and Kim Thanh communes (Hai Duong) have invested nearly 40 billion VND in building key projects according to the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
Specifically, the commune invested in building a 3-storey, 15-room classroom building for Ngu Phuc Primary School, with a total cost of more than 20 billion VND; a nearly 1km internal road, with a cost of more than 6 billion VND; a one-stop office building for the commune, with a cost of about 3 billion VND... All costs were invested by the commune budget from the land use rights auction.
Currently, the projects are being urgently constructed; expected to be completed in December 2023. Up to now, Ngu Phuc commune has also completed the criteria for building advanced new rural areas (2 years earlier than the target of the Party Congress of the commune for the term 2020-2025).
