According to a report by Asia’s largest mental health company Intellect in April, workplace satisfaction is on an “upward trajectory” across the Asia-Pacific region, with Vietnam leading the way with a score of 65.09.
Thailand ranked second with 65.01 points, followed by the Philippines with 64.44 points and Malaysia with 64.22 points.
Singapore, Japan, China and Indonesia are next on the list, with scores above 63.
