Masan Group received the Best Workplace in Asia Award 2023

The "Best Places to Work in Asia" award is an annual prestigious international award by HR Asia - Asia's leading prestigious human resources magazine, to evaluate and honor businesses with outstanding human resources policies, attractive compensation and leading working environments in the region.

In Vietnam, the survey was conducted in nearly 650 companies with nearly 50,000 employees from grassroots to senior levels such as CEOs and HR directors.

This year, with the theme "Celebrating diversity, equity and inclusion", HR Asia used the TEAM (Total Engagement Assessment Model) to survey the satisfaction level of Masan employees based on 3 factors: Core (strategy - structure), Self (individual) and Group (collective).

As the winner of the special award category “HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” - Enterprises with diverse, equal and inclusive working environments, Masan is considered one of the enterprises that have made significant progress in creating a diverse and inclusive working environment.
