According to the camera footage of a household in Cong Lac commune, this group of people took advantage of the midnight to spray advertising paint on fences and house walls. The painted content advertised a football betting website. The above action caused unsightliness and anger to the people.

In case of organization violating the fine, the fine will be doubled, from 2-4 million VND.
