Nghe An young man stole a motorbike and got lost on the highway through Hai Duong

Traffic police discovered a young man from Nghe An province stealing a motorbike and 'lost' it on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway through Hai Duong.

Two people in Nhi Chau ward (Hai Duong city) were arrested for stealing motorbikes together.

Pham Van Vinh (born in 1987) and Doan Van Thang (born in 1988), both from Nhi Chau ward, Hai Duong city, stole a motorbike together and have just been prosecuted and temporarily detained.
Asked by Thanh Ha District Police to stop the vehicle, the suspect immediately ran away.

Thanh Ha District Police are coordinating with Kim Thanh District Police (Hai Duong) to investigate and clarify the case of a person suspected of stealing a motorbike and fleeing when asked by traffic police to stop for inspection.
