On May 19, the Criminal Police Team of Song Ma District Police, Son La Province received a complaint from teacher Nguyen Van Thuan, born in 1991, residing in residential group 5, Song Ma town, Song Ma district, about: on May 18, someone transferred 427 million VND from a bank account named "Lo Thi Tinh" to Thuan's account.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan has transferred the entire amount of 427 million VND to Ms. Lo Thi Tinh.

While Mr. Thuan did not know, had no business relationship or debt with the above account owner, Mr. Thuan requested the police to verify the above account owner to return the money he mistakenly received.

After receiving the report, the Criminal Police Team verified and determined that the owner of the above account was Ms. Lo Thi Tinh, born in 1975, residing in Muong Lan village, Muong Lan commune, Sop Cop district, Son La province. Ms. Tinh said that due to negligence, she had mistakenly transferred the above amount of money to Mr. Thuan's account.

In the presence of the authorities, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan transferred the entire amount of 427 million VND to Ms. Lo Thi Tinh.
