Currently, many wards and communes of Hai Duong city organize to remove advertisements painted on stone benches.

Faced with the reality that many stone benches in public areas and houses were painted with advertisements for football betting and loan sharking sites, on August 7, the People's Committee of Hai Duong City requested functional agencies, officials of wards, communes, and residential areas to organize campaigns to remove these dirty advertisements and mobilize people to do the same. The city also requested the police force to arrange patrols, control, and strictly handle violations.
On May 19, Hai Duong newspaper published a reader's comment "Dirty advertising paint on stone benches" reflecting the above situation.
