Construction of Thanh Binh road infrastructure completion
The contractor plans to start construction on site in August. In addition, 2 packages that have been implemented since December 2021 are speeding up progress. Specifically, the package to complete the infrastructure of Nguyen Luong Bang and Thanh Binh streets has completed 50% of the project volume, expected to be completed 3 months earlier than planned. The package to dredge the bottom of the canal and embankment of the T1 canal from An Dinh service road to the construction site of the new Lo Cuong pumping station (adjacent to the Sat river) has only reached 22% of the volume. The reason is that it is the rainy season, the T1 canal is the main drainage canal, so it is difficult to construct the embankment while ensuring drainage.
The Hai Duong City Dynamic Urban Development Project consists of 9 packages, using foreign loans with a total investment of about 1,775 billion VND. The project is implemented to complete technical infrastructure on main roads, prevent flooding for about 1,000 hectares in the western area of the city. The project implementation period is until June 30, 2025. Currently, the remaining 5 packages are selecting contractors, and the contracts will be awarded by October at the latest.
