Research on optimal options for high-speed route connecting Hai Duong with Hai Phong

At the inspection and survey of the high-speed route connecting Hai Duong with Hai Phong on the afternoon of April 26, Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau requested to study the optimal solution.

A high-speed traffic route will be built connecting the center of Hai Duong city with Thuy Nguyen city (Hai Phong).

The traffic route connecting Hai Duong City and Thuy Nguyen City (Hai Phong) will be invested in and built on a scale commensurate with the position and stature of Hai Phong City after the merger.
Construction of the North-South high-speed railway is expected to start before December 31, 2026.

The Government requested relevant ministries, branches and localities to organize the preparation and submission to the Prime Minister for approval of the North-South high-speed railway project and organize implementation, expected to start construction before December 31, 2026.
