Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union established 2 new Youth Union organizations

On the afternoon of March 5, Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union organized an announcement of the decision to reorganize the apparatus and hand over grassroots youth union organizations and members.

Accordingly, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee decided to establish two new Youth Union organizations, namely the Youth Union of Provincial Party Agencies and the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee, directly under the Provincial Youth Union from March 1, 2025. The functions, tasks and organizational structure of the two newly established Youth Union organizations will operate according to Project No. 02-DA/TĐTN-TCKT dated February 28, 2025 of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee.

The Provincial Youth Union is a district-level Youth Union organization under the Provincial Youth Union, consisting of 30 grassroots Youth Union organizations and branches with 1,951 members. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee appointed the Provincial Youth Union Executive Committee for the 2025-2027 period, consisting of 15 members. The Standing Committee consists of 5 members with Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Linh as Secretary, and the Inspection Committee consists of 5 members.

The Provincial Youth Union of Party Agencies is a grassroots Youth Union organization directly under the Provincial Youth Union, consisting of 5 grassroots Youth Union organizations and grassroots Youth Union branches with 73 members. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee appointed the Executive Committee of the Provincial Youth Union of Party Agencies for the period 2025 - 2027 consisting of 7 comrades with comrade Nguyen Thi Thu as Secretary, and the Inspection Committee consisting of 3 comrades.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union also decided to end the activities of the Youth Union of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies from March 1, 2025.

The Provincial Agencies' Union is responsible for transferring 37 grassroots Union organizations, union members and handing over records, documents, and related contents to the Hai Duong City Union, the Provincial Party Agencies' Union, and the Provincial People's Committee's Union in accordance with regulations, with the transfer completion time before March 31, 2025.

Previously, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee decided to establish the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directly under the Provincial Party Committee from March 1, 2025.
