In response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day on April 21 this year, the Provincial Library will give books to readers when they come to make new cards and 200 books on history, culture and society to 2 well-functioning basic libraries in the province.
The provincial library will give books to many readers who come to the library to get new cards from April 15.
On this occasion, the unit also rotated books to 6 primary and secondary schools in Hai Duong city to encourage the reading movement in schools.
On April 20, the Provincial Library will organize a talk on “History of Hai Duong from the beginning to 2015” with Mr. Tang Ba Hoanh, Chairman of the Hai Duong Historical Association as a speaker; display propaganda art books to celebrate the 47th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2022) and the 68th anniversary of the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2022).
On this occasion, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association and KVH Company Limited (Hanoi) also donated books to the Provincial Library.
