In recent times, doctors from Hai Duong have made many contributions to the development of the health sector in Ho Chi Minh City, helping to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for people and the Hai Duong community in the southern region.

The Liaison Committee of the Hai Duong Association presented flowers to congratulate Associate Professor, Doctor, Physician Le Dinh Thanh, Director of Thong Nhat Hospital, Chairman of the Hai Duong Association of Physicians, who was recently awarded the title of People's Physician by the President.

On the morning of March 2, the Association of Hai Duong Physicians in Ho Chi Minh City met to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2025 and the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Physicians' Day. Many physicians from Hai Duong who are working at the Military Medical Academy in Ho Chi Minh City and many hospitals: Thong Nhat, Military Hospital 175, Hoan My... and representatives of the Liaison Committee of the Association of Hai Duong Fellow Countrymen in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region attended.

The Liaison Committee of Hai Duong Association in Ho Chi Minh City presented flowers and gifts to 7 individuals who received the title of Meritorious Physician.

In recent times, Hai Duong doctors have made many contributions to the development of the Ho Chi Minh City health sector, helping to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for the people and Hai Duong compatriots in the Southern region. Doctors have taken care of health and provided free medical examinations to poor people in Hai Duong who are living and working in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces.

During the days of fighting against Covid-19 in Ho Chi Minh City in 2021 - 2022, Hai Duong doctors and nurses actively contributed to helping people fight the epidemic. The Hai Duong Doctors Association also actively supported the Hai Duong community in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas with thousands of vaccinations, free consultation and treatment for cases that were unfortunately infected.

The Association has also mobilized resources, supporting tens of thousands of masks, gloves, test kits and more than 300 million VND in cash sent back to the homeland to support the fight against the epidemic.

It is expected that on the occasion of April 30, the association will support lens replacement for at least 400 people in Ninh Giang and Thanh Mien districts.

It is expected that by the end of this year, the association will organize a team of doctors to Hai Duong to provide free medical examinations for the people of the hometown.
