Thanh Ha strives to establish 7-10 grassroots unions

With the motto "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development", in the 2023-2028 term, Thanh Ha district trade unions at all levels strive to have 95% of workers, civil servants and laborers study and research Party directives and resolutions, policies and laws of the State each year. Develop 750 or more union members, establish 7-10 grassroots unions. 70% of grassroots unions in the enterprise sector organize dialogues and sign collective labor agreements. Every year, trade unions at all levels introduce 70-100 outstanding union members for the Party to train and consider admission.

Delegates elect new Executive Committee

Thanh Ha District Labor Federation currently manages 106 grassroots unions with a total of 5,316 union members. In the 2018-2023 term, 17 out of 19 enterprises with union organizations signed collective labor agreements. Unions at all levels presented gifts to 858 union members in difficult circumstances with a total amount of nearly 500 million VND.
