According to the results of the review, inspection, and evaluation of the investment, construction, and business process of a number of petrol stations in the province by the Department of Industry and Trade, 100% of enterprises operating at petrol stations comply with business registration regulations. 19/99 stations (accounting for 19.2%) comply with regulations on investment approval, application for investment certificates or investment policy decisions. 80 stations (81.8%) have not yet completed investment procedures. There are 26/99 stores built on commercial service land, the remaining 73 stores are built on land that is not commercial service land such as construction on long-term residential land of individuals, families, long-term residential land and part of garden land, land for perennial crops, land for aquaculture... 79/99 stores have records and documents related to construction works, including construction permits, repair and renovation permits or written consent for repair and renovation from the Department of Construction or People's Committees of districts, towns and cities (according to authority in each period), accounting for 79.8%. There are 85/99 stores without records of traffic connections (accounting for 85.8%).
54/99 stores have a part of the construction located in the traffic safety corridor (accounting for 54.5%). 4 stores do not meet fire prevention and fighting requirements. 5 gas stations have been required to stop operating due to not ensuring fire prevention and fighting, business locations with high potential traffic safety risks, and operating without a certificate of eligibility for retail gasoline.
