Temporarily suspending the operation of unqualified gas stations that cannot be remedied is one of the instructions of comrade Luu Van Ban, Permanent Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee at the July Provincial People's Committee meeting (second time) on the morning of July 22.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban directed to consider solutions based on the conditions of petrol stations to meet the needs of serving the people. Relevant agencies coordinate and guide households on procedures and procedures to overcome shortcomings. For stores with problems regarding business locations, cases that cannot be resolved must be temporarily suspended, or stores must be guided to move to a new location that meets business conditions.

According to the results of the review, inspection, and evaluation of the investment, construction, and business process of a number of petrol stations in the province by the Department of Industry and Trade, 100% of enterprises operating at petrol stations comply with business registration regulations. 19/99 stations (accounting for 19.2%) comply with regulations on investment approval, application for investment certificates or investment policy decisions. 80 stations (81.8%) have not yet completed investment procedures. There are 26/99 stores built on commercial service land, the remaining 73 stores are built on land that is not commercial service land such as construction on long-term residential land of individuals, families, long-term residential land and part of garden land, land for perennial crops, land for aquaculture... 79/99 stores have records and documents related to construction works, including construction permits, repair and renovation permits or written consent for repair and renovation from the Department of Construction or People's Committees of districts, towns and cities (according to authority in each period), accounting for 79.8%. There are 85/99 stores without records of traffic connections (accounting for 85.8%).

54/99 stores have a part of the construction located in the traffic safety corridor (accounting for 54.5%). 4 stores do not meet fire prevention and fighting requirements. 5 gas stations have been required to stop operating due to not ensuring fire prevention and fighting, business locations with high potential traffic safety risks, and operating without a certificate of eligibility for retail gasoline.

Proposing investment policies for a number of residential and urban area projects in the province. Results of resolving difficulties in granting first-time land use right certificates to a number of households in Cong Lac and Van To communes (Tu Ky). Reviewing 18 residential and urban area projects in wards of urban areas of type III or higher in Hai Duong to propose forms of housing construction or receiving land use right transfers by dividing plots and selling plots in accordance with legal regulations. Reviewing the fields of investment, land allocation, and granting of land use right certificates for 16 plots of land in the densely populated Ngo Quyen area (Hai Duong city). General urban planning tasks and zoning planning in Hai Duong city and Ninh Giang and Thanh Ha districts. Rearranging and arranging the working headquarters of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board; estimating costs for transferring state capital at state-owned enterprises implementing divestment according to Decision No. 184/QD-TTg. Issuing a list of drugs for centralized bidding at the local level; regulating the quantity and level of monthly support for medical staff in villages and residential areas in communes, wards and towns in Hai Duong province.
