Thanh Dong University students role-play judges in a mock trial at Kim Thanh High School

On the morning of March 28, Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union coordinated to organize a mock trial at Kim Thanh High School. The trial was played by students of the Faculty of Law, Thanh Dong University.

Mock trial of a minor for organizing illegal drug use.

According to the content of the mock trial, this case occurred at around 10:00 p.m. on December 9, 2023, when the entire Vang A Tinh group was illegally using drugs in room 999, Diem Hen motel in H. city, Hai Duong province.

At 2:00 a.m. on December 10, 2023, H. Ward Police coordinated with the Economic Crime Investigation Police Team - Drugs of H. City Police, Hai Duong Province to discover and catch red-handed.

The drug test results of the defendants all showed positive results for ketamine and MDMA. Therefore, there is sufficient basis to conclude that Vang A Tinh group committed the crime of organizing illegal drug use according to Clause 2, Article 255 of the 2015 Penal Code.

Mock trials help youth union members easily absorb and grasp the content and improve their legal awareness when they directly witness the entire trial process according to regulations.

On this occasion, Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union presented Kim Thanh High School with a map of Vietnam in response to the campaign "Proud of a strip of land and rivers".
