According to the business community, if the gold-plated Rolls-Royce supercar had no scandals, its price could have been over 20 billion VND.

The above car has a registration certificate issued by the Traffic Police Department (Hanoi City Police) on May 26, 2018, under the name of FLC Biscom Yacht and Golf Course Investment Joint Stock Company (now FLCHomes Real Estate Development and Investment Joint Stock Company).
This is an asset that is being mortgaged at the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Quy Nhon branch, and is being auctioned to recover debt.

Auction participants are responsible for reviewing and studying the asset records, determining the asset's status based on its actual status and the legal documents provided by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Quy Nhon branch.
This gold-plated Rolls-Royce supercar has a starting price of 10 billion VND (excluding costs related to the transfer of ownership/use of assets, registration fees, notary fees, registration and other costs, if any - borne by the auction winner) and a minimum bid of 50 million VND. Currently, the car and registration papers are kept at Son Tung Auto (Hanoi). Interested bidders can view the car here on October 20 and 21 (during office hours), before the official auction on the morning of October 24 in Ho Chi Minh City.
This gold-plated Rolls-Royce Ghost was brought to Vietnam in 2013. The car's price at that time was about 16 billion VND.
During 2013-2017, this car was owned by Mr. Doan Hieu Minh, then Chairman of Rolls-Royce Vietnam. After that, the car was transferred to Mr. Trinh Van Quyet, former Chairman of FLC Group - who was arrested for "Stock market manipulation" and "Fraudulent appropriation of property".
According to the supercar business community, the starting price of 10 billion VND for the gold-plated Rolls-Royce Ghost mentioned above is too low, the minimum price should be 15 billion VND. If the car has a "beautiful history", the price should be more than 20 billion VND.
