By the afternoon of May 4, the Examination Council for promotion of civil servants and promotion of professional titles of officials in Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Hai Duong province (hereinafter referred to as the Examination Council) had completed preparations to open the examination on the morning of May 5.

According to the plan, after the opening ceremony, the exam contents will be held from May 5-7, 2023 at Hai Duong University. In which, on the morning of May 5, there will be a multiple-choice test on the computer for general knowledge. On the morning of May 6, there will be a multiple-choice test on the computer for English. On the morning of May 7, there will be a written test on professional and technical subjects. The exam marking is expected to take place in 2 days, May 9-10.

The examination council has contracted with the Department of Training and Development of Cadres (Central Organizing Committee) to prepare the exam questions for two subjects: general knowledge and professional skills; and contracted with Hai Duong University to prepare the exam questions for the English subject.

This time, Hai Duong has 117 civil servants taking the exam to be promoted to senior specialist. For civil servants, due to not having qualified documents, the exam to be promoted to professional title has not been organized.
