What is the increase in benefits for demobilized, discharged, and retired soldiers?

The Ministry of National Defense has just issued Circular 53/2024/TT-BQP regulating the adjustment of monthly allowances for soldiers and people working in secretarial work who receive salaries similar to those of soldiers who have been demobilized, discharged, or quit their jobs. The Circular takes effect from November 1, 2024.
