Accordingly, from January 22 to February 22 (ie from December 23 to January 25 of the year At Ty), the Hanoi Department of Transport announced instructions on traffic flow in and out of the city center in 6 directions during this time.
First direction- From Hanoi city to the southern provinces: Vehicles can follow the following routes: Hanoi center goes to Phap Van - Cau Gie intersection to Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway; Hanoi center goes to the old National Highway 1: Giai Phong - Ngoc Hoi - National Highway 1 to Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway at Van Diem intersection; Dai Xuyen intersection (Phu Xuyen district); National Highway 6 (Nguyen Trai - Tran Phu - Quang Trung axis) - Ba La intersection, take Road 21B - National Highway 38 to get to the old National Highway 1 (Dong Van intersection) or go to Vuc Vong intersection to go to Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway.
National Highway 6 (Nguyen Trai - Tran Phu - Quang Trung axis) - turn left to Phung Hung street - go to the southern axis - turn left to provincial road 427B - go to Thuong Tin station to enter Phap Van - Cau Gie highway; National Highway 6 to Xuan Mai town - go to Ho Chi Minh road - road 21B.
Second direction- From the southern provinces to Hanoi city, vehicles follow the following routes: Liem Tuyen intersection on Phap Van - Cau Gie highway: take provincial road 494 - national road 21B - national road 6 (Ba La intersection, Ha Dong); At Vuc Vong intersection on Phap Van - Cau Gie highway, follow the following 2 directions: Turn left to go to national road 38 - national road 21B - national road 6 (Ba La intersection, Ha Dong), or turn right to go to national road 38 - cross Yen Lenh bridge - QL39A - provincial road 379 - intersection with Ring Road 3 (Thanh Tri bridge).
At Van Diem intersection: turn left to National Highway 1 - Provincial Road 429 - National Highway 21B - National Highway 6 (Ba La intersection, Ha Dong); at Thuong Tin intersection: take Provincial Road 427 - to the Southern axis road - Phung Hung Street (Ha Dong).
Third direction- From Hanoi city to the Northeastern provinces (Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Lang Son...) and vice versa, you can go in the following directions:
Ring Road 3 - Thanh Tri Bridge - Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway; Nhat Tan Bridge - Vo Nguyen Giap - National Highway 18 to Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway; Chuong Duong Bridge - Nguyen Van Cu - Ha Huy Tap - Ngo Gia Tu - Duong Bridge - to Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway.
Fourth direction- From Hanoi city to the Northwestern provinces (Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Yen Bai...) and vice versa, you can follow the route: Thang Long Bridge - Vo Van Kiet - National Highway 2 to Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway; Thang Long Bridge - Provincial Road 23 - Me Linh Road to National Highway 2; Thang Long Bridge - Nam Hong overpass - Road 23 - National Highway 2 - Provincial Road 310B to Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway; National Highway 3 - Provincial Road 296 - to Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway; National Highway 32 to Phu Tho.
Fifth direction- From Hanoi to the northern provinces (Hoa Binh, Son La...) and vice versa, you can follow the route: Thang Long Avenue - Tan Linh Road - Yen Bai - Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh Expressway; National Highway 6 - Xuan Mai Town - Hoa Binh.
Vehicles from Hanoi to the Eastern provinces (Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Hai Duong...) and vice versa can follow the following directions: Co Linh Road - the intersection of Ring Road 3 - Co Linh Road - Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway; Provincial Road 379 to Hung Yen, Hai Phong; Old National Highway 5 (Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Duc Thuan) to Hai Duong; Thanh Tri Bridge - Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway - go to National Highway 18.
Also during the same period, in the inner city area, the Hanoi Department of Transport Inspectorate also coordinated with the traffic police to "set up" 144 anti-congestion checkpoints on streets and intersections.
