Before being appointed as Deputy State Auditor General, Mr. Tran Minh Khuong was a Senior Auditor and Chief Auditor of State Audit Region XIII.
On the afternoon of September 11, in Hanoi, the State Audit Office held a conference to announce the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the appointment of Mr. Tran Minh Khuong as Deputy State Auditor General.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 1166/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Mr. Tran Minh Khuong, Chief Auditor of State Audit Office Region XIII, was appointed to the position of Deputy State Auditor General from September 5, 2024. The term of appointment is 5 years.
On behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai presented the Resolution and congratulated the new Deputy State Auditor General Tran Minh Khuong.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai assessed Mr. Tran Minh Khuong as a well-trained officer, trained at the State Audit for nearly 30 years; always promoting exemplary spirit, completing well all assigned tasks.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly believes that in his new position as Deputy State Auditor General, Mr. Tran Minh Khuong will continue to perform his duties and tasks well, together with the Party Committee and the State Audit leadership, make efforts, be open-minded, dedicated and responsible for his work; contributing to the effective implementation of the State Audit Development Strategy to 2030.
Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai suggested that Mr. Tran Minh Khuong should continue to help the Party Committee and the State Auditor General maintain the position of the State Audit as an agency established by the National Assembly, operating independently, only obeying the law; and continue to actively and effectively contribute to the activities of the National Assembly.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly also expected that, with 30 years of establishment and development, the State Audit will increasingly promote its role as an important tool in inspecting public finance and public assets, effectively serving the supervision activities of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee; supporting and actively contributing to the fight against corruption, waste and negativity.
Speaking at the ceremony to receive the new assignment, the new Deputy State Auditor General Tran Minh Khuong expressed his gratitude to the Secretariat, the National Assembly Party Delegation, the National Assembly Standing Committee, and the State Audit leaders for trusting him with the important tasks and responsibilities in his new position.
Affirming that this is both an honor and a great responsibility, the new Deputy State Auditor General pledged to continuously strive to promote his capacity and strengths to contribute to the State Audit Leadership in building and developing the State Audit to become a prestigious, responsible, professional and modern public finance and public asset inspection agency in accordance with the State Audit Development Strategy to 2030.
Deputy State Auditor General Tran Minh Khuong hopes to continue receiving attention, support and sharing from the leaders of the State Audit and units in the Industry to successfully fulfill assigned duties and tasks.
Deputy State Auditor General Tran Minh Khuong was born in 1970 in Nam Dinh.
