Hai Duong farmers proactively take measures to protect production to cope with heavy rains caused by the circulation of storm No. 2.

According to the Hai Duong Province Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of storm No. 2, from the night of July 22-24, areas in the province will have moderate rain, heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain and thunderstorms. The common rainfall is 100-200 mm, some places will be higher.

The northeastern region of the province, including Chi Linh city, Kinh Mon town, Kim Thanh, Nam Sach, Thanh Ha districts, will have rainfall from 80-150 mm, and higher in some places. The southwestern region of the province, including Hai Duong city, Cam Giang, Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, Gia Loc, Tu Ky, Ninh Giang districts, will have rainfall from 100-200 mm, and higher in some places than 200 mm.

Heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds can affect agricultural production. To cope with heavy rains, Hai Duong farmers have proactively taken measures to protect production.
