Many activities in response to Humanitarian Month

Many people participated in voluntary blood donation in response to Humanitarian Month organized by the Provincial Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee.

From the beginning of May until now,province widecollected 1,102 units of blood. Of which, the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation collected 159 units of blood, Cam Giang district 432 units of blood, Binh Giang district 285 units of blood, Nam Sach district 226 units of blood.

From now until May 25, the Steering Committee for the Humanitarian Aid Campaign in Hai Duong City and Thanh Ha and Kim Thanh districts will continue to organize humanitarian aid campaigns in response to Humanitarian Month.

From now until the end of Humanitarian Month, the whole province strives to collect 2,500 units of blood, an increase of 500 units compared to the set plan.

From 12-18.5,Gia Loc District Red Cross Societymobilized the District Medical Center, Xuyen Viet Production and Trading Joint Stock Company... to give 200 medicine packages and 35 gifts to 235 people in difficult circumstances in the district with a total value of 65 million VND.

Medical examination for policy beneficiaries and people in difficult circumstances in Doan Tung commune (Thanh Mien)

May 18,Thanh Mie District Red Cross Societyn coordinated with the District Youth Union and the District Health Center to examine and give free medicine to 200 policy beneficiaries, former youth volunteers, meritorious people, and people in difficult circumstances in Doan Tung commune, each medicine worth 100,000 VND. The program continued to be implemented in Chi Lang Nam commune on May 19.
