These days, many units of Military Region 3 have supported Hai Duong in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3.
Units participating in supporting Hai Duong include: Regiment 2 (Division 395), Air Defense Brigade 214, Engineering Brigade 513, Armored Brigade 405, Artillery Brigade 454, Military School of Military Region 3. According to the coordination plan, in Hai Duong city, 200 officers and soldiers of the 513th Engineering Brigade, Regiment 2 (Division 395) coordinated with officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces to clear roads, schools and evacuate 17 households and their properties affected by floods to safe places. The 454th Artillery Brigade, Military School of Military Region 3 reinforced 200 officers and soldiers for Chi Linh city; the 405th Armored Brigade reinforced Kinh Mon town with 60 officers and soldiers; Nam Sach and Binh Giang districts each received 50 officers and soldiers of the 214th Air Defense Brigade to help people overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
