After more than 3 hours of being received at the Lai Cach Town Police Station (Cam Giang, Hai Duong), the lost man was safely picked up by his relatives.
Through verification, the police identified him as Nguyen Xuan Thuan, born in 1964, from Thai Thinh Commune (Kinh Mon). It is known that Mr. Thuan was being treated at Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital when he got lost on the morning of March 9. By the evening of the same day, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Sau (Mr. Thuan's son) was present at the Lai Cach Town Police Station to take him home.
Mr. Sau wrote a letter of thanks to the officers and soldiers of Lai Cach town police and the media for their timely support, helping the family find their relatives soon.
Earlier, at around 5pm on March 9, people found a man wandering around Lai Cach town and brought him to the police station. Due to his inability to communicate, it was difficult to verify his identity and find his relatives. While waiting for his family to contact him, the police took care of him and ensured his health.
