The program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses has brought great joy to many meritorious people and the poor in Hai Duong when they can live peacefully in solid houses.
Tu Ky district has completed 16 houses for meritorious people and the disadvantaged.
Of the 96 houses of policy families, meritorious people, poor and near-poor households that have been completed, Tu Ky district has 16 houses, the most in Hai Duong province.
