Currently, the education and training sector is actively innovating to keep up with the times. This is a good thing but also causes a lot of anxiety from families, students and those interested in education. When innovating, of course there will be obstacles, difficulties, challenges, and even initial failures, but that does not mean that there will be no innovation. Without innovation in education, all other areas of innovation will only be from the tip of the iceberg.

Understanding this, the teacher himself must innovate first, then consider the education program, textbooks, students... The teacher must be honest, pure, love the profession, and strive to learn throughout life. The sense of responsibility for the profession, love for students and teacher discipline will create an attitude of learning, improving expertise and qualifications to keep up with the innovation in teaching in the 2018 textbook program. The teacher will have "reverse" classes compared to before, instead of students sitting and listening to the teacher passively imparting knowledge, today the teacher guides students to find out knowledge themselves to practice skills, develop their own abilities and qualities. If the teacher wants students to learn actively like that, he must invest more time than before, must guide and suggest in advance for them to learn, prepare knowledge, prepare presentations and slides before class, then the class will achieve good results. This also means that the knowledge imparted by the teacher is not only limited to the lesson but also extends to a wide range before and after the lesson. From there, students develop and apply knowledge in life, which is the factor that creates a mastery of one art, the premise to improve the quality of human resources, creating a healthier, more civilized, stable and developed society.

To develop education, we must strengthen the relationship between school, family and society. Families need to care, encourage, motivate and accompany their children. There should no longer be the idea of ​​"relying on teachers for everything" in the current educational stage. Learning today requires self-study under the guidance of teachers. Families who understand and share with teachers will together achieve their children's aspirations.

One thing that greatly influences a teacher's teaching attitude is the school and the authorities at all levels. If the leaders understand and encourage them promptly, and know how to create motivation rather than pressure; if the authorities at all levels and sectors accompany and encourage them promptly, the teacher will feel secure in his work, will be devoted to his students, will love his job, and be passionate about his job.

Currently, salaries and policies for teachers are not satisfactory or are slow, so many people do not choose to study pedagogy; there is a situation where many schools are lacking teachers, have to hire teachers, or teachers have to teach more than the prescribed number of hours, which does not ensure health and teaching quality.

The lack of facilities, modern equipment and facilities for teaching and learning also affects the application of innovative teaching methods by teachers today. These are also some issues that we hope all levels and sectors will pay attention to, in order to attract talented people in the field of education and training.
