Improve the quality of advice on Party building and organization work

Comrade Nguyen Hong Son, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, awarded the title of Excellent Labor Collective and certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee Chairman to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2023.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Hong Son, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, requested that cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee continue to strictly implement Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) on strengthening Party building and rectification. Continue to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle and the Party's exemplary regulations. Carry out the campaign among cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the Party building sector to be "loyal, responsible, honest, and creative".

The specialized departments strive and are determined to excellently complete the tasks in 2023, helping the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee advise the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on the fields of personnel organization, policies - training of cadres, party organization - party members, and internal political protection. Proactively guide, inspect, and urge the Organizing Committees of district and grassroots Party Committees to perform well the professional work of Party organization and building. Promote the improvement of working methods; regularly train and improve qualifications in all aspects to improve the quality of performing professional tasks.

In 2023, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee strives to receive a certificate of merit or higher from the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. 100% of specialized departments are advanced labor collectives, of which 20% are excellent. 1-2 departments are awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. The agency's Party Committee strives to complete its tasks well or better. All 4 Party cells complete their tasks well, of which 1 Party cell completes its tasks excellently. 100% of Party members complete their tasks well, of which 20% complete their tasks excellently.
