Nam Sach has 4 communes registered to reach the advanced new rural finish line in 2024.

According to the Office of New Rural Area Coordination of Nam Sach District, in 2024, the district has 4 communes registered to build advanced new rural areas including: Nam Hung, Nam Chinh, An Son and Cong Hoa commune. This is the district with many communes registered to build advanced new rural areas this year.

Currently, the communes have completed 12-15 criteria for building advanced new rural areas. Some criteria have not been completed such as planning, culture, production organization and rural economic development, national defense and security, etc.

To complete the task of building advanced new rural areas this year, localities have strengthened coordination with specialized agencies of the district to promptly resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of maintaining achieved criteria, completing works and records of unachieved criteria. Special attention is paid to clearing obstacles and materials in traffic corridors of roads. Assigning organizations such as women's associations, farmers' associations, youth unions... to be in charge of self-managed roads for environmental sanitation, planting flowers, ornamental plants, weeding to ensure environmental landscape...

Nam Sach district currently has 9 communes that have met advanced new rural standards including: Nam Hong, Nam Tan, Hong Phong, Phu Dien, An Lam, Thai Tan, Nam Trung, Dong Lac and An Binh commune.
