A group of people organized drug use 3 times a day in Cam Giang

At around 8:30 a.m. on September 29, in Tien village, Lai Cach town (Cam Giang), Nguyen Xuan Hoang (born in 1999), Nguyen Van Thien (born in 1997, all from Do Trung village, Cao An commune) and Luu Van Vuong (born in 1991, residing in Tru village, Lai Cach town, both from Cam Giang district) pooled money to buy drugs to use.

Hoang then contacted Le Thi Hong Nhung (born in 1981, permanent residence in Mai Dich ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi), residing in residential area number 4, Nhi Chau ward (Hai Duong city) to buy a bag of crystal meth for 500,000 VND. Hoang and Thien went to the area as instructed by Nhung and obtained a bag of crystal meth.

After purchasing the drugs, Hoang, Thien and Vuong rented a room in the PT motel in Lai Cach town to use them together. After the three subjects finished using the drugs, there were still drugs left, Hoang gave the drugs to Kien Minh Thi (born in 2003, permanent residence in My Long Bac commune, Cau Ngang district, Tra Vinh province), currently living in Tien village (Lai Cach town). Thi brought the drugs back to his rented room and organized for 2 friends to use them together.

At around 5pm the same day, Vuong and Hoang together contributed 500,000 VND to Nhung to buy drugs. After getting the drugs, Hoang and Vuong continued to rent a room at PT motel to use. At around 11pm, Lai Cach town police checked and caught Hoang and Vuong red-handed in their illegal acts.

The Investigation Police Agency of Cam Giang District Police has prosecuted Hoang, Thien, Vuong, and Thi for organizing illegal use of drugs.

Nhung was prosecuted for illegal drug trafficking.
