A Hai Duong man who was tricked into "easy work with high salary" was returned by Cambodia.

On September 6, at Ha Tien International Border Gate, the Ha Tien International Border Gate Immigration Control Police Station coordinated with the Ha Tien International Border Gate Border Guard Station to receive 60 Vietnamese citizens who violated the law and illegally resided and worked in Cambodia.

These subjects were arrested and returned by Cambodian authorities.

Of the 60 citizens returned by Cambodia, 28 are permanent residents of Bac Giang, 11 are from Quang Ninh, 6 are from Lang Son, 5 are from Bac Ninh, 3 are from Thai Nguyen, 2 are from Yen Bai; Quang Nam, Hai Duong, Binh Phuoc, Hai Phong, Dong Thap each have 1 person.

Due to listening to the enticement of a group of scammers offering "easy work, high salary" in Cambodia, citizens illegally left the country and then resided and worked illegally here.

To date, Vietnam has received 465 Vietnamese citizens who violated the law and were returned by Cambodia.

Notably, through screening among the 60 returned citizens, the authorities discovered that Giap Thi Khanh Ly (24 years old, residing in Bac Giang) is a dangerous wanted person.

Giap Thi Khanh Ly was wanted by Bac Giang Provincial Police on May 3 for fraud and property appropriation.

During the working process, the Immigration Control Police Station of Ha Tien International Border Gate handed over the subject to Bac Giang Provincial Police according to regulations.
