One night, two cases of illegal drug use were caught in Hai Duong city.

At around 3:30 a.m. on August 13, at house number 232 Tran Hung Dao, Ngoc Chau ward (Hai Duong city), the working group of the Economic and Drug Crime Investigation Police Team, Hai Duong City Police discovered and caught red-handed 5 subjects, all residing in Hai Duong city, illegally using drugs, including: Nguyen Van Doan (born in 1986), Nguyen Sy Duc (born in 1988), Nguyen Van Manh (born in 1988), Phan Tran Nhat Chi (born in 2002) and Tran Thi Hoang Anh (born in 2001).

Police seized at the scene a set of tools for illegal drug use and 0.298 grams of ketamine. The drugs and tools were prepared by 3 subjects Doan, Duc and Manh. Through a quick test, the 5 subjects above all tested positive for drugs. The subjects organized illegal drug use at Doan's house.

Of the 5 subjects above, Nguyen Van Manh had 2 previous convictions for intentional injury.

Previously, at 0:20 on August 13, at karaoke room number 5, Huong Huong tea room, Thach Khoi ward (Hai Duong city), the working group of the Economic and Drug Crime Investigation Police Team, Hai Duong City Police discovered and caught red-handed 3 subjects residing in Yet Kieu commune (Gia Loc) organizing illegal use of drugs including: Phan Van Dao (born in 1993), Do Van Thuong, Nguyen Van Du (both born in 1997).

Police seized a set of drug paraphernalia and 0.229 grams of ketamine.

Hai Duong City Police Investigation Agency is continuing to investigate.
