According to the 2023 voter contact plan, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will organize voter contact before and after the two regular sessions of the 15th National Assembly.
The provincial National Assembly delegation meets with voters before the mid-year session in April and after the session in June. In October, the provincial National Assembly delegation meets with voters before the regular year-end session and after the session in November. Before the regular sessions of the National Assembly, the provincial National Assembly delegation will, based on the content and agenda of the session, organize meetings with voters by topic, field, subject, and location to solicit in-depth opinions.
About 10 days before conducting meetings with voters, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will send an official dispatch to provincial agencies, districts, towns and cities. The Fatherland Front Committees of districts, towns and cities will invite local delegates and voters (each location has 80 voters or more).
National Assembly deputies proactively contact the Front Work Committee, village and residential area chiefs to meet voters at their place of residence and contact the Executive Committee of the trade union of the agency to organize meetings with voters at their workplace. Provincial National Assembly deputies can meet voters on topics and fields that the deputies are interested in or meet voters according to the subjects regulated by the draft law and other projects. If necessary, National Assembly deputies can meet voters outside the province where they are running for election to improve the quality and effectiveness of their contributions to law making, supervision activities and decisions on important issues of the country.
