The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong is seeking comments on the relief model at the Memorial House of Comrade Nguyen Luong Bang from July 28 to August 1, 2023.

Vice President Nguyen Luong Bang visited his hometown Thanh Mien in 1976.

After a period of organizing the creation campaign, the Art Council of the investment project to build a relief work at the Memorial House of Comrade Nguyen Luong Bang has chosen a relief model.

Creating a relief layout consisting of 3 parts in the overall rectangular relief space

The relief composition consists of 3 parts in the overall rectangular relief space. Part 1, the central relief panel is the image of the group of characters of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang with the team of farmers, workers, intellectuals, soldiers, police, in the role of Vice President; above is the image of the Presidential Palace. Part 2, the relief panel on the left has the image of Thanh Mien village, the birthplace of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang; the teacher, the place where he studied; being imprisoned and exiled at Son La Prison; participating in the Revolutionary Youth Association in 1925; member of the Liberation Committee in 1945; participating in stripping the seal of King Bao Dai in 1945. Part 3, the relief panel on the right has the content: comrade Nguyen Luong Bang was Head of the Finance Department (General Director of the State Bank of Vietnam), Inspector General of the Government, Head of the Central Inspection Committee, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in the Soviet Union; Some pictures of comrade when he visited his hometown Thanh Mien; Thanh Mien in the career of construction and development.

Through the relief about the life and career of comrade Nguyen Luong Bang, we aim to express gratitude and honor his contributions to his homeland and country in the struggle and construction of the Fatherland and serve as a shining example for today's and future generations to learn from and follow.
