Continuing the program of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly, on November 9, the National Assembly listened to the heads of sectors present reports on the draft Law on Employment (amended), the draft Law on Teachers and discussed in groups in the afternoon of the same day.
This is the first time the Teachers Law project has been submitted to the National Assembly.
In the morning, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on the draft Law on Employment (amended). The Chairman of the National Assembly's Social Affairs Committee presented a report on the review of the draft Law on Employment (amended).
The Minister of Education and Training, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on the draft Law on Teachers. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education presented a report on the review of the draft Law on Teachers.
The National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Resolution on piloting the handling of evidence and assets during the investigation, prosecution and trial of a number of criminal cases. The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.
In the afternoon, delegates discussed in groups the draft Law on Teachers and the draft Law on Employment (amended).
Previously, on November 8, in the morning, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to listen to the presentation and review report on the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising; the presentation and review report on the draft Law on Chemicals (amended); the presentation and review report on the investment policy of the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control until 2030; then the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on Data.
In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly discussed in groups the investment policy for the National Target Program on Drug Prevention and Control until 2030; the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Advertising; and the draft Law on Chemicals (amended).
