At around 11:10 p.m. on November 16, on National Highway 5 from Hanoi to Hai Phong, a traffic accident occurred when a motorcyclist crashed into a tractor-trailer parked on the side of the road.

The victim was Mr. D.MT, born in 2003, in Quang Thanh commune, Thuy Nguyen district (Hai Phong city).
At that time, Mr. T. was riding a motorbike 15B4-086.61 on National Highway 5 in the direction of Hanoi - Hai Phong. When he reached km56+600 of National Highway 5, in the territory of Cong Hoa commune (Kim Thanh), he crashed into the left rear of a tractor-trailer 15C-225.63, pulling a trailer 15R-146.56 driven by Mr. NXT, born in 1969, in Cau Tre ward, Ngo Quyen district (Hai Phong) parked on the right side of the road in the direction of Hanoi - Hai Phong.
As a result, Mr. T. died at the scene.
This is the 6th accident on Highway 5 involving parked cars since the beginning of the year.
