The photographers directly arranged lotus flowers for this photo series. The idea of taking photos of lotus flowers at night came from Mr. Quang Nguyen (left), head of the Chi Linh City Young Photography Club, with the desire to bring a different style of photography during lotus season.

To get the best night art, some people have to wade into the lagoon to splash water to create the effect.
As a new style, the photoshoot attracted many photographers to satisfy their passion and improve their skills. Trying this style of photography for the first time, Dang Trung Hieu said: "I have taken many photos of lotus during the day, but this is the first time I have taken photos of lotus at night. As soon as I heard about the idea of the Chi Linh City Young Photography Club, I immediately signed up to take photos with everyone."
The location for the photo shoot is the 10-hectare lotus pond of Mr. Do Xuan Luan's family in Pha Lai Ward (Chi Linh City). "I charge 50,000 VND/person to take photos at the lotus pond. This is the first time a group of guests has come to take photos of lotus at night," said Mr. Luan.
Combined with light, the lotus flowers stand out in the dark.
Ms. Nguyen Ninh Huong has been a model for a long time, she has many photo sets of lotus taken during the day but this is the first time she took photos at night. After seeing the artworks about herself, she was very excited.
Due to elaborate preparation of props and human resources, the cost of taking night lotus photos is twice as high as the cost of taking photos during the day, which is from 1.5 - 2 million VND/full photo set.
