Mr. Pham Thanh Quan - Secretary of the Party Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Agencies, was disciplined with a warning for building houses in violation of the Construction Law and transferring land use rights in violation of the Tax Administration Law.

The Lam Dong Provincial Party Executive Committee has just held its 12th Session (held on February 24) to consider and impose disciplinary action in the form of a warning on Mr. Pham Thanh Quan, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies.
As a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, former Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Council of Duc Trong District, Mr. Pham Thanh Quan built houses in violation of the Construction Law and transferred land use rights in violation of the Tax Management Law.
The above actions of Mr. Pham Thanh Quan violated regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, especially leaders, in complying with Party regulations, policies and laws of the State, causing bad public opinion, affecting the reputation of the Party organization and Mr. Quan personally.
Considering the content, nature, level, and consequences of the violation; based on Party regulations, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline Mr. Pham Thanh Quan with a warning.
Previously, at the 10th session on December 1, 2022, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee issued a disciplinary warning and requested serious lessons for the leaders of the District Party Committee and People's Committees of Dam Rong, Lac Duong and Da Huoai districts; at the same time, requested the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee to consider disciplining the Party organization and former leaders of the City Party Committee and People's Committee of Bao Loc city.
Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee considers and resolves the accusation against Mr. Pham Thanh Quan, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission verified that the content of the accusation against Mr. Pham Thanh Quan was correct and that these violations were serious enough to warrant disciplinary action.
