If the land is not recovered and cleared for the adjacent land area, the land approved for the investor's house will not have an entrance.
According to the People's Committee of Kinh Mon town, currently, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council of the town is carrying out an inventory and making a plan for site clearance to implement the project of the Factory for manufacturing materials and equipment for the water industry and providing warehousing, storage and transportation services (first adjustment) of DLH Mechanical and Logistics One Member Co., Ltd. During the implementation process, there were difficulties related to land acquisition, compensation and support for the area outside the approved project scope but within the safety corridor of public works.
Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy and approved the investor for this project in November 2021. DLH Mechanical and Logistics One Member Co., Ltd. is the investor. The total land area for the project is more than 7.7 hectares in Long Xuyen Industrial Park, Long Xuyen Ward. Adjacent to the project is an adjacent land area of more than 1.4 hectares for road corridors and planned service roads. This land area is not included in the land area approved by the investor to implement the project, and is not within the land acquisition boundary, so there is no basis for land acquisition, compensation, and site clearance. However, if the land is not acquired and cleared for this adjacent area, the land approved for the investor's house will not have an entrance. In addition, this land area is not capable of cultivation because after the project is implemented, there will be no irrigation and drainage system for production.
Given the above reality, Kinh Mon Town People's Committee proposes that Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments consider providing guidance and allowing the Town People's Committee to reclaim the land area as mentioned above and carry out compensation and support according to regulations. Compensation costs are included in the project's compensation, support and resettlement costs.
