To minimize the outbreak and spread of diseases that affect people's health, especially during the Tet holiday, the Center for Disease Control of Hai Duong province recommends that the Medical Centers of districts, towns and cities proactively disseminate disease prevention measures on mass media, especially some diseases transmitted through the respiratory and digestive tracts such as measles, whooping cough, flu, chickenpox, hand-foot-mouth disease, etc.

Strengthen inspection, supervision and direction of disease prevention in areas at risk of outbreaks. Actively monitor and detect early cases of infection and suspected cases and investigate cases according to regulations. Prepare adequate chemicals, machinery, equipment and human resources to be ready to deploy containment and treatment activities when an epidemic occurs.

From the beginning of the year to January 19, Hai Duong has still controlled all types of epidemics well. However, the whole province has recorded 2 cases of dengue fever, including a case in Chi Linh City with domestic factors; 1 case of hand - foot - mouth disease and 21 cases of Covid-19.
