Prosecuted a subject in Hai Phong who alone committed 5 motorbike thefts in Hai Duong City

The Investigation Police Agency (Hai Duong City Police) has just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and temporarily detained Bui Van Nam (born in 1990 in Le Chan District, Hai Phong City) for theft of property.

At around 12:45 on July 29, arriving in Hai Duong City, Nam discovered a Honda Wave 34B3-641.94 motorbike belonging to Mr. Đ.VK (born in 1977 in Ai Quoc Ward) parked in front of Ocean Bank (Tran Phu Ward) with the key missing. Nam intended to start the engine but at that moment Mr. Đ.VK was returning from shopping and called for everyone. Nam ran out onto Bach Dang Street. At that time, the Criminal Police Team (Hai Duong City Police) was patrolling and ambushed the subject, promptly arresting him.

During further investigation, the police discovered that from June until his arrest, Nam had committed 5 motorbike thefts in Hai Duong City. Nam often went to Hai Duong City and walked around the streets, discovering motorbikes of people parked on the side of the road or sidewalks with the keys left untouched, and would try to steal them to sell for personal use.

Nam has never had a criminal record, but because of his love of competition, he started stealing motorbikes.
