The progress of winter crop planting in all 12 districts, towns and cities is faster than last year. As of November 15, Kim Thanh district is the first locality in the province to exceed the plan with about 2,200 hectares (4.8% higher).

Thanh Ha district has completed 100% of the winter crop production plan with about 700 hectares. Kinh Mon town, Chi Linh city and Cam Giang and Binh Giang districts have completed 92-99% of the plan.

Currently, many areas of early winter vegetables in localities such as Gia Loc, Tu Ky, Kim Thanh... have entered the peak harvest period.

After storm No. 3, the weather has been basically favorable for crops to grow well, have beautiful appearance, few pests, stable consumption market, farmers have profit and high profit.
