Not asking for superiors' opinions on assigned tasks

Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Truong Hai Long proposed eliminating the procedure of asking for opinions from superiors on issues that already have specific regulations in order to reduce the burden of administrative procedures and increase work efficiency.
