On the morning of November 22, the Hai Duong City Labor Federation and the City Red Cross Association jointly organized the voluntary blood donation program "Red drops for union members".
The program was held at the People's Committee of Tran Hung Dao Ward, attracting more than 500 union members and workers from more than 100 grassroots unions in Hai Duong City to register to participate. The result was 338 units of blood collected.
Since the beginning of the year, the Hai Duong City Red Cross has coordinated to organize 6 voluntary blood donation campaigns, collecting 1,896 units of blood, exceeding the assigned target by 796 units.
This is one of the activities to celebrate the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union, the 77th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Red Cross Society (November 23, 1946 - November 23, 2023).
