Attending the festival at the Center for Employment Services - Vocational Education were more than 600 9th grade students from 10 secondary schools and representatives of 7 colleges and vocational secondary schools of the province.

Admissions and career counseling activities are carried out by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to implement the Project "Developing human resources to meet production and business requirements, contributing to building Hai Duong into a modern industrial province by 2030", aiming to increase the rate of trained workers with certificates in the province to 33% by 2025 and 43% by 2030.
Previously, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs organized 3 days of festivals and conferences on enrollment and career guidance in Gia Loc, Thanh Ha districts and Chi Linh city, attracting 2,800 students to participate.
